Exo-Terra RainForest Substrate is a terrarium soil for very moisture-loving inhabitants of the tropics. Has excellent hygroscopic properties. This soil is made from a mixture of pine bark and sphagnum. Due to its composition, it quickly absorbs and slowly releases moisture. It increases humidity in the terrarium, prevents the occurrence of respiratory diseases in tropical reptiles. Exo-Terra RainForest substrate also absorbs liquid reptile waste. Regular replacement of the substrate prevents the development of unpleasant odors.
