The buyer chooses the method of delivery of the goods during the ordering process (self-pickup from the store, parcel machine, transport company, etc.) and assumes transport costs.

Prime Line OÜ uses the services of third parties and companies to deliver goods to the Buyer.

Purchased goods can be delivered both in Estonia and in the EU countries.

All prices in the online store are in euros and include 20% VAT. Shipping costs are added to the order price.

The buyer can pick up his order from our warehouse (Suurvälja tee 5, Vaela, Kiili vald). The warehouse is open on weekdays from 09.00 to 17.00. In the case of self-pickup, the shipping cost will not be added to the order value.

For orders within Estonia, a courier delivery fee will be added depending on the selected county and product.

When delivered to a parcel machine, the cost depends on provider pricelist.

When delivering to other countries, a transport fee will be charged for delivering the order to a parcel machine or by courier, depending on the selected country and product.

The goods will be delivered to the delivery address indicated in the order. After placing an order, it is not possible to change the delivery address.

Prime Line OÜ will hand over the ordered goods to the delivery person within three days after placing and paying for the order.

Delivery within Estonia usually takes 3-7 business days.

For other countries, the delivery time is usually 4-14 days.

If the goods ordered by the Buyer are not in stock and must be ordered separately from the manufacturer / supplier and it is obvious that delivery of the goods is not possible within 3-7 working days, as well as in other cases when timely delivery of the goods is impossible (circumstances for which Prime Line OÜ does not bears responsibility) then Prime Line OÜ will notify the Buyer within 2 working days from the date of order by contacting the phone number or e-mail address. In this case, the Buyer will be notified of the new delivery times for the ordered goods.

If the Buyer loses interest in purchasing the goods due to a longer delivery time, the Buyer has the right to cancel his order and the amount paid by the Buyer (including the cost of transport) will be returned to the Buyer's account.

The buyer is obliged to inspect the ordered goods immediately after delivery. If the Buyer discovers differences in the completeness or quantity, low quality or other difference between the goods and the description presented in the online store or from the order, the Buyer must immediately notify Prime Line OÜ by e-mail info@primeline.ee.

If the goods ordered by the Buyer are delivered by an employee of the postal or transport company, the Buyer accepts the goods with a signature. Before signing, the Buyer must make sure that the goods are in the correct package and quantity, not damaged or spoiled. If there is a difference in the completeness or quantity of the goods compared to the order, or if the goods are damaged, then it is necessary to make a corresponding note upon receipt of the goods, as well as send a notification by e-mail info@primeline.ee.

The risk of accidental damage to the goods passes to the Buyer upon handing over the goods.
