Terms of payment
The processor of personal data of the online store aiakaup.ee is Prime Line OÜ (registry code 12430378) located at Suurvälja tee 5, Vaela küla, Kiili vald, 75413, Harjumaa, phone +372 655 9750 and e-mail info@primeline.ee. Prime Line OÜ forwards the personal data necessary for making payments to the authorized processor EveryPay AS, ASTO AS and Montonio Finance UAB.
All prices in the e-shop are in euros and include 20% VAT and are marked with the products. Prices are subject to a fee for the delivery of the goods.
A contract for the purchase and sale of goods or services is deemed to have been entered into as of the payment for the order in the e-shop environment or, in the case of payment by invoice, as of receipt on the current account of Prime Line OÜ.
E-shop prices may differ from other Prime Line OÜ store prices. The prices of the e-store are valid for timely payment of an invoice issued by Prime Line OÜ or for immediate payment with an Internet bank link or card payment.
For domestic orders, a delivery fee is added for the delivery of goods by courier, depending on the selected county and the goods.
The Buyer can pay for the goods and services in the e-shop via the links of the Internet banks or by card payment.
When paying for goods and services using the Internet bank link, you must exit the Internet bank page by clicking the "Back to merchant" button. The order of goods and services is made and delivered in case of 100% advance payment.
The Buyer's order is canceled if 3 days have passed since the order was sent, but the payment has not been received in the Seller's current account, the reservation of the goods in the said order is canceled and the Seller's current account does not guarantee the availability of.
Terms of delivery
You can pick up the goods yourself (Suurvälja tee 5, Vaela küla, Kiili vald, 75413, Harjumaa), send it to a parcel machine or choose delivery by courier. The courier will deliver the goods to you by land transport. For domestic orders, a delivery fee is added for the delivery of goods by courier, depending on the selected county and the goods.
Goods are shipped to the following countries: The European Economic Area countries.
The purchaser bears the shipping cost and the respective price information is displayed next to the shipping method.
All shipments within Estonia generally arrive at the destination specified by the purchaser within 3-7 business days of the date of entry into force of the contract of sale. All shipments outside of Estonia are guaranteed to arrive within 30 calendar days.
We have the right to ship goods in up to 45 calendar days in exceptional cases.
Taxes
European Union
When ordering from European Union, the Value Added Tax (VAT) of the destination country is calculated into the total of the order sum. No custom fees are applied in European Union.
Norway
We have VOEC registration in Norway and therefore the Value Added Tax of Norway (25%) is applied to all orders to Norway. The parcel will not end up in customs and no other fees are applied.
